To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Note that bedding or fitted sheets cannot be washed or used. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@babymosesbaskets.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without prior return request approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you would like. We will process your refund and notify you when the returned items are received at our warehouse.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
